Our minister, Jennifer, will meet you at the Clay County Courthouse or the Jackson County Courthouse for a short & sweet ceremony. She will fill out, sign, and help you file the marriage license. Free witnesses can be provided upon request.
One of the benefits of a courthouse wedding is that you can file your license back with the courthouse immediately. This is particularly useful for those in the military or those with health concerns that need to get their certified copy back as quickly as possible.
